AvA Yachts Completes Sale of First Kando85 Model
AvA Yachts has announced the successful sale of the first hull of the Kando85 model, with delivery anticipated in early 2026. This deal was made possible thanks to Maria Razumi from Smart Yachts, who connected the buyer with this innovative explorer yacht.
Design and Capabilities
The Kando85 spans 25.70 meters in overall length and features a sturdy steel hull complemented by an aluminum superstructure. Boasting a hull length of under 24 meters, this vessel provides the versatility of being either crewed or solely operated by a knowledgeable owner.
Tailored for extended cruising, the Kando85 utilizes a displacement hull suitable for long trips. With a noteworthy interior volume of 160 GT, the yacht includes 24,000-liter fuel tanks. At a cruising velocity of 10 knots, it only uses 63 liters of fuel each hour, achieving a range that exceeds 4,000 nautical miles. Powered by twin Volvo Penta D13 MH 450hp engines, the vessel can reach a top speed of 12 knots.
Interior and Safety Features
The Kando85 is designed with a four-cabin arrangement, featuring a generous master suite on the main deck. Crafted for worldwide exploration, the yacht boasts an 8-10mm thick steel hull beneath the waterline and several watertight bulkheads for enhanced safety on long journeys.

Manufacturing and Availability
